Now that v4.0 is here and you also have access to the new UTracker Pro +, the field is ready to harvest—debt is everywhere and people need you. One of the emailed questions happens to be:
How do we go back to our previous clients who may not have qualified, or even walked away–due to the frustration of getting turned down for a HELOC?
Post any instructions you can share on this subject, which could help newer (or even veteran) agents.

The most amazing leap forward has just occurred with the release of the Money Merge Account™ v4.0. It was what John Washenko called ‘the starting point’, because it was supposed to be version 1.0…but the current technology didn’t exist to support the innovative minds at UFirst.
Whether you attended the 2008 International Conference in Atlanta, Georgia or not, we would like to know your thoughts on v4.0.

As time goes on Agents discover ways to show others the benefits of the Money Merge Account in ways that people will understand. New ideas, new options, new opinions, new openings become available. Then there are those who have questions and who are newer and don’t know some of the important tips and tricks.
This is where Agents can show other Agents some of their ideas. Links to programs from other sites or ways to help people realize the usefulness of the Money Merge Account™ or any advice for other Agents can be placed here. Comments are welcomed. Suggestions are encouraged. For those who aren’t agents and might be interested in becoming one, this would be a good place to start looking for resources.

As time rolls forward, perhaps many of you veterans have noticed the growing number of new clients and a decline in what was once, negativity. It’s been a wonderful site to see: families who now come forward, asking for the Money Merge Account™…after they have done their homework, independently of agents.
What we would like to hear, is your personal experiences with clients who have been educated on this program, and turned to a future of financial freedom and possibilities.

“Before doing due-diligence, some people initially believe the Money Merge AccountTM system as a ‘scam’. One such mis perception comes from the assumption that the $3500 software is simply the ‘analysis software’. A tool which United First Financial uses solely to calculate if this dynamic system will work for a homeowner and their unique circumstances.
This is the page where qualified agents can gather and discuss how to dispel these incorrect perceptions; how to help other agents know what to say when faced with a “scam” question and how to prove the Money Merge AccountTM system is anything but a scam.”
